Meet Rod Sullivan
Rod is the founder of Rod Sullivan Leadership Coaching and Xavier Technology Group. These companies provide businesses and organizations Leadership Development and interim IT Management services respectively.
With over 18 years of management experience and 29 years of overall IT experience working for companies such as GE, Lockheed Martin, ADP, Fleet Bank, AmeriGas and a number of internet startups, Rod Sullivan is poised to help you garner the leadership abilities you need to succeed. Since 2005, Rod has coached, mentored and advised “C” level executives and directors in the areas of IT alignment, strategic planning, group coaching, and enterprise IT architecture.
Over the years Rod Sullivan has formalized his advisory and coaching methods and conducts leadership training seminars to elevate seasoned and emerging leaders to new levels within their organizations. His passion to advise and coach has helped to promote young managers to directors and mid-level managers to senior management.
Rod’s community activity includes serving as the Director of the Men’s Breakfast Ministry at his church; and believes youth need a positive leadership influence, as he has served as an assistant coach for various youth organizations in the Philadelphia region.
His professional groups include, the John Maxwell Team (Professional Coaches, Teachers & Speakers), TPNG (Technology Professionals Networking Group), Blue Bell Toastmasters Club, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He graduated from Control Data Institute’s Computer Technology Program and earned a Bachelor Degree in Management of Information Systems from Eastern University.
