Let me talk to you for a minute about one of the most gratifying aspects of my job, coaching for small business. Coaching for small business has been among the most rewarding work I have ever done because of the stories that I have heard from the business leaders that I have helped over the years. Small business coaching is not simply the act of standing in front of a small group of people and preaching to them about how great they are, but about engaging them on a holistic level. Its about looking each man and woman in the eye and having an in depth discussion about about a multitudinous amount of aspects revolving around their life.
Let me tell you what I mean. I quite often speak with small business owners around the country about the myriad of challenges they face in their daily business lives. One of the more common things they tell me is that they often feel that they do not have the time or resources to grow their business the way they would like to, or that they are not sure how to prioritize as effectively as they would like in order to grow their business. When I hear this I know immediately that what they are really telling me is that they want to learn how to get better at time management and prioritization.
Every business could benefit from better time management. Think about it, every business could use more time, it is by far the most valuable commodity any business has. Well what if I told you that you absolutely can have more time in your work week by simple time management. Now, these are just a few of the many ongoing challenges that small business owners face on a daily basis, but there are many others that I help with in my holistic approach.
If you can view your own business from 50,000 feet and see everything with clear detachment, then you are ahead of the game. But if not, you are missing out your full potential. Go ahead and contact me today and get started on reaching your true potential.
